Terms and Conditions

Vionex Al is operated by Diyar Osman Ruvanas ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Vionex Al (the "Service") you enter into a binding agreement with Diyar Osman Ruvanas. You may contact us at any time at support@nexal.app.

By accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country of residence.

Vionex Al is an AI assistant that answers questions, performs live web research with citations, searches documents you upload, generates and analyses images, supports voice input and read-aloud, and remembers preferences you choose to store.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have purchased. You must not reverse engineer the Service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent technical limits such as usage allowances.

You must not use the Service:

• for any unlawful purpose, fraud, spam or harassment;
• to infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including malware, probing, scraping or automated abuse;
• to generate illegal content, sexual content involving minors, deepfakes intended to deceive, hate speech, malware, or content that facilitates serious harm;
• to attempt to bypass safety filters or usage limits ("jailbreaking").

You are responsible for your prompts, for the content you upload, for having the rights to that content, and for how you use the outputs.

The Service uses automated systems and may produce inaccurate or incomplete output. We cite sources where possible, but you must verify results before relying on them. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial or otherwise) and outputs must not be used in regulated professional contexts without qualified human oversight.

Where you provide input content, you keep ownership of it and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for outputs you publish. If you believe output infringes your rights, contact support@nexal.app and we will review and, where appropriate, remove the content. Repeat infringement may result in account termination.

We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts where we reasonably believe our acceptable use rules have been breached.

We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Lifetime access to Vionex Al is sold as a single one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge, so no renewal ever takes place. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund position is set out in our Refund Policy — we do not offer refunds; purchases are made at your discretion, with only a limited statutory 14-day window where a legal right to withdraw applies.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where access ends, you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which we may delete it. You may delete your account and data at any time from your account page.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's country of residence, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. We may update these terms and will change the "last updated" date above.
